I’m in love with vintage signage and lettering. you can tell time and thought where put into each one of these.. now days its all about how quick and cheap we can get stuff out… not caring about the quality or experience we give the viewer… It’s actually something that makes me angry… and then drives me to not loose this in my work. It’s sad to see these in a junk yard… I would fill my house with them!

Spent all day Tuesday hanging out with Stephen Hunton, Sarah Lynn Card, Gavin Tarquinio and my wife Eryn doing a photoshoot for her upcoming Demo CD. We started out early in the morning up in Dawsonville Ga. at Whisper Production’s Studio, an amazing 7,200 sq feet of space inside and 150 acres outside. We are really excited to see the shots Stephen got, the few sneak peeks we got to see blew us away!
I have 8 Invites to give out, Gave out some last week. So leave your email addy in the comments and why you want it. I will try to get them all sent out by the end of the day! I have not been a huge fan of Google Wave, due to it’s bugs.. but have noticed it’s a bit more fun when you have people actually active in it.

made this a while ago while playing out with pixels and gradients. good enough for your 1920×1200 screen…

A little sneak peek into a project I’m trying to finish up before thanksgiving. trying to capture a classic vintage record print. Pretty excited.

Some amazing works of art from Chaval23… wow
In a world that is over saturated with content, and “attention” grabbing advertising… you need to remember…
it’s simplicity that makes things beautiful.
