Free WordPress Child Theme: Standard Simple

Had some time over the weekend and a quick burst of inspiration..  So I created a WordPress Child theme for the Standard Theme’s Monthly Free theme!   Just like the name explains its… simple, But I took a little extra time on the navigation, and pagination, throwing a little awesomesauce into the mix.

So if you have the Standard Theme support license you can download it in the forums. If you don’t… Maybe you should get one, there is tons of help.

      amazing theme, but the forum only permits licensed users, is there anyway you could please provide a mirror?

        sorry man… that was part of the deal.. It’s definitely worth getting the license. we put out a new child theme each month.. plus help with any question on the forums.

          I’ve been at the forum, trying to check in, and all I get is this message:

            Howdy, The support area was moved to http://support.8bit.io/ a month or so ago.. you should be able to login with your same username/pasword and they are in a download section there

    Hi,

    maybe I am wrong, but. You can get this theme if you join standardtheme.com. But if you want to join standardtheme.com you have to pain at least 49$.

    How is this free?

      Howdy,
      this is a child theme therefore it needs another theme as the base. I can’t give away Standard for free.. but I can give away the child theme I created for it.. make sense?

      and $49 is a normal price to pay for a great theme. you should check out the $99 support licence for free upgrades and access to many more child themes.
