Last week talking with my friend Chase (remedy films) about the release of the iPad 2 and its video capabilities, we thought it would be a fun challenge to shoot a full music video only using iPads… and to make it even more fun, why not do it within the first day of it’s launch. Yesterday Chase and Eryn sat in line at the apple store from noon to 5 to grab 3 iPad 2′s. by 11:30 that night we had shot the whole thing. and by 2 this afternoon Chase and Dan had edited the whole video. it was an incredibly fun experience! We had so many talented dancers/friends chip in to make it happen… so thank you guys! special shout out to Kat and Ralph for getting the dancers and “club” lighting all set!

Spent all day Friday with the guys of Remedy Films shooting a upcoming video for my wife (aka Eddy).  I showed up a bit late but wanted to “document” as much as I could with my non photog skills.  Even though I have known most the guys in Remedy since 8th grade, they did not fall short when it came to being professional and working their butt off the whole day. We shot in downtown Atlanta at the Stacks Loft (thanks to Casey Giessen for letting us sneak through your loft’s window! ) Cant wait to see what the final cut looks like!

My Wife had a photoshoot Saturday With Kyle Hale, an awesome friend and awesome photographer. We are working on a new site for an upcoming full length CD for Eddy.  I’m more then impressed by my wife’s drive to make this happen! And we are lucky to have the people that we do in our lives.

Just got the final version of a quick music video we shot a couple weeks ago for Eddy. My Cousin over at Remedy + Films did a killer Job helping us out! It’s fun seeing everything come together.

Our Friend Kyle Hale Offered to take some shots of us a few weeks ago. We met Kyle about 2 and a half years ago when we asked him to take our engagement photo’s, we loved the photos and the experience we had with him so much we asked if he could do our wedding (May 2008 )  We had a blast getting these shots done.. He is such a down to earth, creative, all around nice dude! high five Kyle!

O yeah.. My wife is 4’11 that’s why I look like a giant….

I had the idea yesterday to start a personal project… One poster each week on a different subject giving a total of 52 posters at the end of the year. I told my designer bud Matt about it and he wanted in. So last night we brainstormed, thought it would be great to open it up to whoever wanted to be a part. Each week a different subject will be givin.. and possible wildcard (must use this color.. or one color.. must have hand made element) We have already had some signup. I think its going to be a great support for each other to be able to keep up to the task.

UPDATE: Looks like me and the team of guys working on this have a bit to much on our plate.. we are going to try a mid year launch for everyone that has already failed their 365 day projects… Think of it as the slacker’s class.
