So Worth Loving just launched a project today for the month of May (hey it rhymed!) mayyou.be was thought up with our friends three pennies while vacationing on the beach last week. The basic idea was  using the month of May as a midpoint to “restart” something in your life… or challenge yourself to think of your weakness as your strength. Check it out and challenge yourself to be something. 

I designed and built the site in three two days… I tried to challenge myself by figuring out a few WordPress tricks I have been wanting to accomplish. Although it looks simple, there is a lot going on to make it run. I look forward to adding more to it and squash a few bugs that have come up.

Sometimes having something you have worked on turn into a failure can be the biggest hit to your pride, ego and passion to move on. Sometimes manning up to that mistake can show that you are just human and you have the ability to learn and move on. Almost all the time it sucks.

How many times do you find yourself doing tons of things you are able to do. But never pursuing what you are made to do?

Been going through the Steve Jobs biography, great book.. brings a lot to light about how crazy of a dude he really was. I always thought he was some sort of zen master and believed in a minimalist lifestyle, but really he was such a control/perfectionist he would rather have nothing than have the wrong something. I’ve found myself doing the same thing, I went 8 months without a work desk.. because I wanted the perfect desk.. I finally gave up and bought a cheap one I could make due with.
